Board of Directors

The RMI Board of Directors works to ensure that RMIs practices, policies and programs fulfill the organization’s mission.  They provide vision by supplying the wisdom, tools and direction to help perpetuate the organization’s goals of:

• Meeting the needs of young people through positive adult support
• Providing opportunities for young people to learn new skills
• Engaging youth in meaningful career development activities

Each Board member agrees to work closely with executive leadership to maintain program effectiveness, quality and integrity.  Our volunteer Board of Directors commits their personal time and expertise for a minimum of one year.
