RMI staff comes from diverse backgrounds — but we are united in the belief that RMI youth deserve every opportunity to become exposed to the myriad career opportunities represented throughout their communities. We also believe in the African Proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child.” We stand together with our friends — mentors, sponsors, grantors, teachers, volunteers and parents — to show unified support of the youth in our community.
